Terms of Use
These terms govern your account and gameplay at Spinchester Casino, operated under a licence issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. Registering an account means you accept them in full. Read them before you deposit. Disputes usually come from clauses people skipped.
Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen years old, or older if the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction of residence is higher. We do not accept players from a list of restricted territories, including the United States, several EU member states, and jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law. Residence in a restricted country means we cannot serve you. Attempts to circumvent this through VPN, proxy, or false registration data will end the account and any balance on it. That outcome is stated up front so no one can claim surprise later.
Account rules
One account per person, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Duplicate accounts get closed. Balances on duplicate accounts get forfeited. Account credentials are personal. Sharing them means you have transferred responsibility for whatever happens on the account, including losses, and we will treat all activity as yours. Keep the password strong and turn on two-factor authentication.
Identity verification
We may ask for identification documents, proof of address, and evidence of source of funds at any point. This is not optional. Withdrawals are held until verification is complete. Refusing to comply or supplying falsified documentation ends the account and forfeits the balance. That is a direct consequence of anti-money-laundering rules that bind us.
Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your name. Third-party deposits are reversed and funds are not refunded. Minimum deposit is twenty pounds or the currency equivalent. Standard withdrawal limits are three thousand pounds per week and fifteen thousand per month, unless separately agreed under a higher-limit arrangement. Any deposit must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. Deposits without meaningful play may attract processing fees on withdrawal, reflecting AML review costs. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full outside standard limits.
Bonuses and promotions
Every bonus offer is limited to one per person, household, and payment method. Wagering requirement defaults to forty-five times the bonus unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Maximum bet during active bonus play is five pounds. Placing a higher bet is grounds for confiscation of the bonus and any winnings generated from it, and that clause exists because bonus abuse is otherwise trivial. Bonuses are non-sticky: you play with your own money first, then the bonus balance. Requesting a withdrawal before wagering is complete cancels the bonus and any winnings tied to it.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use automated software, bots, or scripts. You may not exploit software glitches, and glitches must be reported. You may not collude with other players. You may not use replaceable Bitcoin transactions with opt-in Replace-by-Fee, which is banned outright. You may not chargeback deposits, and any chargeback closes the account and results in collection action for the sum owed. Breach of these clauses is not treated leniently.
Responsible gambling
You can set deposit limits, session limits, and loss limits from within your account. You can self-exclude for defined periods or permanently through our support team. We provide links to independent support organisations. Gambling is a paid entertainment product with negative expected value across time. If it stops being entertainment, stop.
Liability and technical failures
We are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site. We are not liable for technical failures, software errors, connectivity issues, or third-party service outages. If a game malfunctions and produces an obviously incorrect result, the round is void and stakes are returned. That is the extent of the remedy.
Changes and termination
We may amend these terms with notice. We may close your account for any reason permitted by law, and we will state the reason where the reason is not confidential. You may close your account by email to [email protected] with a clear closure request. Live chat closure requests are not processed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection right you hold under the law of your residence.
